- If you believe you have received a digital product that significantly differs from its description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
1.2 Physical Products
This includes cookbooks, cooking tools, and other physical merchandise.
- You may return physical products in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
1.3 Cooking Classes and Workshops
This includes both in-person and online cooking classes and culinary workshops.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7-13 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future class.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled class date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another person or rescheduled at our discretion.
- If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, at your preference.
1.4 Subscriptions
This includes premium content subscriptions, recipe club memberships, and other recurring payment services.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription period.
